Auskick 2023 starts this Saturday

How to register for Auskick in 2023

In 2023, our sessions will again run on a Saturday morning from 9am – 10am. This means you’ll have time to get to other sports commitments.

Our first session is on Saturday 29 April.

Navigating the Auskick website

  1. Go to www.play.afl/auskick
  2. Click on “Register Now”
  3. Enter your postcode…we should pop up as “Richmond (Vic) Auskick Centre” – or go straight to our Auskick Registration Page.
  4. Select to Register as a Player

Parent involvement

We’ll again have assistance from RJFC coaches and players however we really encourage everyone to get involved in the activities each week.

Transitioning to football at RJFC

For those boys and girls who will turn 7 years of age by 30 April 2023, families may already have received an invite from RJFC to take the next step in their football journey. Often at this time of year a common question comes up… “I’m not sure my child is ready for football. Can they do another year of Auskick even if they are old enough to play competitive football?” The answer is of course “yes”…and they are also most welcome to continue at Auskick.

Questions?

If any of the above creates confusion, please just let us know by sending any questions to our email (auskickrichmond@gmail.com) and we’ll work through it.

Here’s to another terrific year at both Auskick and RJFC!

Cheers,
Andrew & Mick, your 2023 RJFC Auskick Coordinators
