RJFC supports the Alannah & Madeline Foundation

This Sunday 18th July, our young RJFC Tigers are dedicating a round to raising money for the Alannah & Madeline Foundation. Kids raising money for kids. You’ll see all of them taking the field for their games in purple socks kicking goals all over Melbourne right across that weekend. On the same weekend the other Tigers who you might know from the AFL are also dedicating a match to the same cause and will be wearing a specially designed jumper and encouraging the wider Tiger army to dig deep.

During the week, in support of this cause, Richmond Footy Club’s Tom Lynch joined our Under 13 girls’ training (along with a few extra Under 11 boys!) – check out a few pictures below (and on Instagram). Many thanks to our friends at Rebel Sport Victoria Gardens for their generous support providing purple socks for our RJFC players to wear this weekend.

RJFC and all our players are proud to be supporting The Alannah & Madeline Foundation, the leading national charity working to protect children from violence and bullying. You can contribute to this great cause and leave a message of support for the young Tigers taking the field by visiting the dedicated fundraising page.

Your donation will help raise much-needed funds for the Foundation and support their programs to prevent harm to children, and where they can’t prevent, to heal. Together we can safeguard our children’s future.
